Luke Hines gets drive for Gigawave at Zolder!
Gigawave Motorsport - THE NEW name in the fia gt pit lane! Luke Hines will be driving the Gigawave Aston Martin DBR9 at Zolder Belguim 21st Oct 2007.
Preparations
are well underway to race the Gigawave Motorsport DBR9 at Zolder, Belgium.
For the last race of the 2007 FIA GT Championship Season the Gigawave
Motorsport Team will be assisted by Mark Lemmer and other members of the
Barwell Motorsport Team who raced the Gigawave DBR9, with some success,
at Zhuhai and Silverstone, earlier this seaon.
Whilst the Gigawave Motorsport Team hope to get a decent result from their first outing, one of the the primary reaons for entering the DBR9 for Zolder is to give the new team a 'shake down' prior to the start of the 2008 season.
Another reason for entering the car is to allow Gigawave engineers to demonstrate to potential sponsors the Company's latest digital on-board camera technology, which it is planned to stream over the Internet.
